Project Risk Management

Overview

This course covers the theory and practice of effectively managing project risks.  It covers a generic good-practice risk management process, with examples set in the world of property development and asset management.

Target Audience

This course is suitable for Development and Regeneration staff responsible for setting up and delivering schemes, and for other staff or Board members who wish to gain a good understanding of effective risk management.

Entry or Pre-course Requirements

There are no entry requirements for this module, although delegates will benefit from having a basic understanding of the processes involved in delivering determined, regeneration or asset management projects, such as that provided in the Understanding the Development Process course.
