Course Description

As we continually update and improve our courses, we reserve the right to change the course content and/or trainer at any time.

Programme Dates and Venues

We reserve the right to alter or cancel published dates and change venues without liability.

In the event of a cancellation where an alternative cannot be provided, we will provide a full refund.

Delegate Substitution

If you would like to make a substitution please contact us. Substitutions, with the exception of courses involving an examination, can be made at any time without incurring a penalty.

Payment

Our payment terms are 28 days from the date of the invoice.

We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment has not been received prior to attending your course.

In the event of a late payment we reserve our statutory right to interest at the rate of 8% above base under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (interest) Act 1998.

Cancellations

If you cancel a booking you will be charged the following cancellation fees:

  • Providing more than 2 months notice of cancellation: 0% of course fee
  • Providing more than 1 months notice of cancellation: 25% of course fee
  • Providing more than 14 days notice of cancellation: 50% of course fee
  • Providing less than 14 days notice of cancellation: 100% of course fee

Refunds, minus the cancellation fee, are conditional upon the course remaining viable after the cancellation. If the refund would result in the course making a loss, it will be reduced to the point where the course breaks even.

In the event of a booking cancellation we reserve the right to reclaim any discounts given.

Transfers

Transfers made 15-28 days prior to a course will be charged at 25% of the course fee.

Transfers made 1-14 days prior to a course will be charged at 50% of the course fee.

The transfer option only applies to delegates who are transferring to a different date for the same course.

Delegates must specify their choice of transfer date at the time of transfer.

The option to transfer can only be used once, after which non-attendance will be treated as a cancellation and all outstanding invoices will be due.

If a delegate uses the transfer option, the original course invoice and the transfer invoice remain due, even if the transfer reservation is subsequently cancelled.
