Overview

This course provides an overview of the key members of the typical consultant team used in affordable housing developments and regeneration, their roles and responsibilities, and how the RP’s project manager can lead them effectively.

Target Audience

This course is suitable for Development and Regeneration staff  within Registered Providers and others with responsibility for managing and coordinating teams of consultants engaged in delivering successful projects.

Entry or Pre-course Requirements

This course is designed to follow on from Intermediate Development. It is preferable, although not essential, that delegates should either have attended that course or have an equivalent level of knowledge of building contracts.

It is helpful if delegates have a good understanding of professional project management tools and techniques, such as provided by Introductory Certificate in Project Management.
