HATC provides a range of training courses targeted at the needs of:

These courses have been developed in conjunction with the HATC Knowledge Matrix, a detailed analysis of the areas of knowledge needed to successfully develop affordable housing.
The courses are usually delivered by Andrew Drury who has been the leading trainer in the sector on property development issues for over 20 years and has an unrivalled reputation.
We have split our training courses into two headings:
- Property development topics such as development management, the planning system, valuation, managing the design team, scheme financial viability assessments etc.
- Project management professional qualifications, accredited by the Association for Project Management.
