We are very glad that we appointed Andrew Drury as our Development Agent. He kept a tight grip on the project risks with both the developer and the Council, was good at explaining the issues we had to address, and was very supportive. He was also quick to respond, so that we never felt as if other clients or schemes were more important than us. And then he managed to negotiate an overage payment which meant we saved more than he cost us! I would recommend him for any small HA undertaking a development scheme. Christine Little, Chair, FHA(York) & Company Secretary for Trafford Housing Trust.
