A welcome message from Andrew Drury

I hope that you find our website informative and useful. We are all dedicated to the provision of affordable housing and high-quality services for those in need. I’ve worked in this sector for over 25 years and whilst much has been achieved, there is still a huge need out there, and much more to be done. We have published our new report Room to Swing A Cat? This has attracted national media coverage in the broadsheets and on BBC1’s The One Show, much as our 2009 report did – Resident Satisfaction with Space in the Home. The RIBA believe this report to be “an exceptionally valuable piece of work which sheds much needed light on what has actually been provided by housebuilders over the last few years”.

Andrew Drury is a member of the HCA’s Design & Sustainability Advisory Panel. For more details click here.
