HATC Ltd (previously HA Training and Consultancy) specialises in affordable and social housing policy, practice and delivery, with a team of consultants led by MD Andrew Drury.

We work with housing associations, local authorities and the private sector. Established by Andrew Drury in 1994, our team of social housing consultants has worked successfully with a wide range of clients on a wide range of jobs. We are proud of the amount of repeat business we obtain – it suggests our clients are happy with our service. This site will give you a flavour of the services that we can offer in the arena. We hope that you find it helpful.

June 2008 - Building For Life - HATC has been commissioned by the Housing Corporation to develop guidance for affordable housing providers (AHPs) on the meaning of CABE’s Building for Life (B4L) questions, and how to design for success. (click here for more)
