Project Management & Property Development for HA staff

This course is run on behalf of the G15 Development Group, other RSLs and the National Housing Federation who collectively commissioned HATC to establish the course in 2006.

The course is aimed at more experienced staff. It offers candidates the opportunity to obtain the APMP qualification. This is an internationally recognised professional qualification in project management. In addition, the course covers a range of property development topics, with senior practitioner speakers from major housing associations, the HCA, solicitors, valuers, architects etc.

Previously run by the College of Central London, the course is now run by HATC, and we have recruited new, highly experienced lecturers with a strong track record in student success, particularly in the APMP syllabus and exam.

We are in the process of obtaining APM accreditation for this course.
