OPMP is a major contribution to housing association Development and Regeneration teams’ ability to deliver their projects more effectively and efficiently. OPMP is produced by Andrew Drury of HATC and Richard Broomfield of Portfolio Development Consultancy.

Used by over a dozen housing associations, OPMP provides procedural guidance and training notes in equal measure.
